Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What brands of electronics do you install?
All major brands — Garmin, Lowrance, Humminbird, Simrad, Raymarine, Furuno, JL Audio, Fusion, Polk Audio, and others. We have factory training on the major navigation brands and dealer relationships for parts and warranty support.
Can you upgrade my existing electronics setup?
Yes. We can integrate new units with your existing system using NMEA 2000 networking, swap out individual displays while keeping transducers and sensors, or do a full electronics overhaul. We assess what's worth keeping and what to replace.
How long does a typical electronics installation take?
Single unit installs (one new chartplotter, for example): 1–2 days. Multi-display NMEA 2000 networks: 3–5 days. Full new-boat rigging including electronics, controls, and sensors: 1–2 weeks depending on boat size. We give exact timeline with the quote.
Do you offer custom rigging packages for new boats?
Yes — common for repower projects and new boat purchases. We bundle electronics, control cables, gauges, switching, and bilge integration into a single rigging job with one quote and one warranty.
Can you integrate multiple electronics systems together?
Yes. NMEA 2000 backbone setups let your engine, GPS, fish finder, autopilot, and trim tabs talk to each other. We design and install full integrated systems where every screen sees every data point.
