How long does a full detail take?
Premium Buff & Wax typically takes 1–2 days for boats under 25 ft, 2–3 days for larger boats. Full Restoration runs 3–7 days depending on condition. Basic Wash & Clean is same-day for most boats.
What's included in the 3-step buff and wax?
Step 1: heavy-cut compound to remove oxidation and surface defects. Step 2: medium polish to restore gloss. Step 3: marine-grade carnauba wax for UV protection and water beading. Hand-finished where machine work isn't appropriate.
Can you remove oxidation from older gel coat?
Yes — the 3-step process removes light-to-moderate oxidation. Severe chalking or heavy oxidation may need wet sanding, which we include in the Full Restoration package. We assess and quote before starting.
Do you offer recurring wash and detail programs?
Yes — weekly wash programs are popular for slip-kept boats during summer. We also offer monthly maintenance details to keep your boat showroom-fresh. Contact us for pricing.
Can detailing be combined with winterization or other services?
Always — bundling saves you time and we offer combined-service discounts. Common combos: pre-storage detail + winterization, or post-launch detail + spring commissioning.
